Getting started in the app

Welcome to the new Digital DJ Pool app at app.digitaldjpool.com. Here's how to get oriented and start pulling tracks.

The layout. The top nav has three surfaces:

  • Dig — the full feed of new music, in rows. Filter it with the genre-group chips along the top. This is your home base.

  • Selects — a quality-ranked grid of the best independent tracks in the pool right now.

  • Charts — monthly genre charts (Pro).

Search, your Library, and Settings all live in the header too. Friday Drop is a panel that slides in from the right (Pro). Search is Pro as well.

First run. When you sign in the first time, the app walks you through a quick setup — including picking the genres and style you're into, so your feed is tuned to what you actually play. Run through it; it takes a minute.

What to do first:

  1. Finish setup and pick your genres.

  2. Open Dig and use the genre-group chips to narrow the feed.

  3. Hit play on a row to preview a track.

  4. Found one you want? Hit download (a plan unlocks downloading), or bookmark it to come back to later.

Everything you download lands in your Library, where you can also organize tracks into crates. From there, dig in.
