How do I pitch my tracks to DJs?

Confused about how pitching works? Here's how to get your music in front of DJs on Digital DJ Pool.

Great question — and you're not alone in asking it. Digital DJ Pool works a little differently from a traditional "pitch," and once it clicks it's actually much easier. You don't have to track down DJs one by one or send cold emails. You upload your track once, and it goes live to our whole community of DJs, who discover it by browsing and searching the pool.

Here's exactly how it works:

1. Upload your track

2. Your track goes live to DJs

  • Once it's processed, your song lands on the New Music page and becomes searchable by genre, BPM, key, and release date — so the DJs looking for exactly your sound can find it.

3. DJs discover, preview, and download it

  • DJs from around the world browse the pool every day. When your track fits what they're digging for, they preview it and download it to add to their library. That's the pitch — your music in front of thousands of DJs, ready whenever they're crate-digging.

4. See who's responding

  • Your stats show the real story: how many DJs reached your track, how many previewed it, and how many downloaded it — right down to the individual DJs (name, type, and city) behind those downloads. Want more depth? A feedback report collects qualitative notes from DJs about your song.

Want even more DJs to see it?

Two optional tools give a track an extra push:

  • Boost — showcases your song at the top of our most popular pages for a full day.

  • ReSpin — sends your track back to the top of the New Music page to refresh its reach and engagement.

That's it — upload once, and the pool handles the introductions. We can't wait to hear what you've got. :)
