If an upload fails, first confirm the audio file is .mp3 or .wav, then check the file and track details in the Digital DJ Pool Artist web app.
“Bitrate must be 320 kbps”
This requirement is for MP3 files: export as 320 kbps CBR (constant bitrate). A variable-bitrate MP3 may still be rejected. WAV is also accepted and does not use the MP3 bitrate setting. See Creating a 320 kbps MP3 file for software-specific export steps.
Required details or artwork are missing
Complete the required artist, title, genre, version, artwork, and AI declaration fields for each track. Artwork must be a JPG or PNG no larger than 5 MB; artwork already embedded in the audio file can be used. An account-level AI default fills in a starting answer, but check that each track’s declaration is accurate.
The file is too large or the batch has too many files
The uploader accepts up to 20 tracks per batch and shows a 195 MB per-file ceiling. The upload service may still reject a file below that ceiling. If you see a size error, try a smaller file or re-export it as a 320 kbps CBR MP3.
If the error continues, contact Digital DJ Pool support with the track title and artist, file name and size, device and browser, and the exact error message. This helps support check the specific upload.
