Why can't I upload my track?

If you're having trouble uploading your track, it may be due to one of a few common uploader issues. You can check those out - and how to solve them - below :)

"Bitrate must be 320 kbps"

All uploads to Digital DJ Pool must be WAV files or 320 kbps MP3 files. If you're receiving the bitrate message, it means that your MP3 file is registering below 320. No worries, though! We have helpful articles for different software programs that show how to export 320 kbps MP3 files. You can find those here. If you don't see your software program listed there, just send us a message.


"All fields required"

When uploading your track, you'll need to ensure that you have all fields filled out before you can click Submit. If you're seeing the "All fields required" message, double check that your Album Art, Genre, Artist Name, Song Title, and Version are all complete.


"Song image required"

All uploads to Digital DJ Pool must have album art attached to them. If you're seeing the "Song image required" message, that means you still need to upload album art. To add an image from your device, click the red square with the pencil icon over it on the left side of the upload page:

At this time our site does not support AIF, FLAC, MP4, or M4A files.

No, at this time all uploads must be made on our main site.
