Looking for something from a previous chat with support? You can access that in just a few clicks.
On the app, click your "My Account" icon in the bottom right corner.
On that page, click the "Need help? Chat with us!" link.
From there, you'll see a "See previous" link where you can view all of your past conversations with our support team.
