Our Help Center is full of great information about the best ways to use Digital DJ Pool. You can access the Help Center from our mobile app in just a few clicks.
On the app, click your "My Account" icon in the bottom right corner.
On that page, click the "Need help? Chat with us!" link.
From there, you'll see the "Find your answer now" section. Click the text field that says "Search our articles."
When you do that, a pop-up window will appear where you can type out your search. For this example, I've searched "Crates." Be sure to click "OK" when you're done.
Once your search is in the text field, click the green arrow.
When you do that, articles from our Help Center will appear. If you don't immediately see what you're looking for, you can click "See more results."
