To delete your Digital DJ Pool account, open Settings → Account in the DJ app and follow the delete-account confirmation.
Before you continue
If you have a DJ membership, cancel it in the DJ app under Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current paid period.
If you also have an Artist app membership, cancel it separately in the Artist app Billing page.
DJ ID is a separate sign-in service. If you want your DJ ID identity deleted too, contact Support to request that separately.
Files you already downloaded remain on your device. Account deletion does not guarantee that a file remains available in your online Library for another download.
