If your access stopped, it's almost always one of these:
A payment didn't go through. An expired or declined card ends the subscription. Update your card on the Billing tab in Settings and resubscribe.
It was cancelled. Cancelling stops the next cycle, so access ends when your current paid period runs out.
Either way, you can pick a plan and get back to unlimited downloads right from the Billing tab. And anything you already downloaded is still yours — it doesn't disappear when a subscription ends.
