Yes. Digital DJ Pool is a legal promotion platform based in the United States — we're registered with the US Copyright Office and act as agents of the DMCA. We take members from outside the US, and plenty of our DJs are international.
The catch: we're only tied into US copyright procedures. We aren't affiliated with any foreign copyright office, so it's on you to know your local laws and stay inside our terms.
